A rare magenta glow reaches out for one last encore as the twilight slips into a cool fall night.  Inspired while traveling along a back road in Ontario, Canada on a late November Day.  This watercolor painting evokes the feeling of warmth, both physical and emotional, at this thanksgiving time when families and friends come together in companionship.

The barren, dark silhouetted branches of hardwoods intertwine in a maze of lines that enhance the drama of this composition.  Edition sold out in 1990.
